Package Itinerary

DAY 01 ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI
Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Panari Hotel (BB).

DAY 02 NAIROBI/ AMBOSELI PARK
After breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Oltukai Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 03 AMBOSELI PARK
Early morning game drive returning to the lodge for breakfast. Rest of the morning at leisure. Lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Oltukai Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 04 AMBOSELI PARK/ ARUSHA
After breakfast morning drive across the Kenya/Tanzania border of Namanga to Arusha arriving in time for lunch on own arrangements. Overnight at Kibo Palace Hotel (BB).

DAY 05 ARUSHA/TARANGIRE PARK
Breakfast at the lodge. Drive to Tarangire National Park. Lunch at the lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight Tarangire Sopa Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 06 TARANGIRE PARK
Morning and afternoon game drive in the park. All meals and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 07 TARANGIRE PARK/ NGORONGORO CONSERVATION
After breakfast morning drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area arriving with picnic lunches and drive down the crater. Evening drive to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 08 NGORONGORO/ARUSHA/ DEPARTURE
After breakfast, drive to Arusha for lunch. Optional day room. In the evening transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight back home.

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations:
Reservations should be requested well in advance.
A non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total tour price is necessary upon confirmation for reservations made more than 30 days before the tour's departure. For reservations made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required. The remaining balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to departure or as indicated on the invoice.

2. Cancellations: 
Cancellations must be communicated in writing and will be considered effective upon receipt by Gulf Wings Travel. Cancellation & Amendments by Passengers: Charges are calculated based on the entire tour price and are applicable as follows: Gulf Wings Travel retains the right to impose a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total package price.

Group Tours:
More than 45 days before departure: 40%
45 – 29 days before departure: 50%
30 – 15 days before departure: 60%
Less than 15 days before departure: 100%

FIT’s:
Less than 35 days before departure: 40%
Less than 21 days before departure: 50%
Less than 14 days before departure: 75%
Less than 7 days before departure: 100%

Gulf Wings Travel is not responsible for any damages arising from modifications or cancellations. Gulf Wings Travel holds the right to exercise absolute discretion regarding cancellations/refunds, even if passengers do not complete the entire pre-booked vacation.

Gulf Wings Travel collaborates with multiple suppliers, each having its own amendment/cancellation policies. Hence, amendments and cancellations are subject to supplier terms. Passengers are responsible for any extra costs resulting from amendments and cancellations.

Cancellation by Gulf Wings Travel: Passengers should always be covered by cancellation insurance, particularly in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes war, war threats, riots, civil disturbances, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of God, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, water levels, technical or maintenance issues with transportation providers, airport closures, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable events beyond our management.
